Octopus special cleaner for write and draw inks

The Write & Draw Cleaner supports the cleaning of your sensitive writing instruments. If you use pigmented or waterproof inks in fountain pens, careful care is necessary. Unlike the use of dye-based inks, fountain pens with pigmented inks cannot be left lying around for long. These fountain pens must be rinsed thoroughly.

The Octopus special cleaner supports cleaning as it dissolves the color pigments and the binding agent contained in the Write&Draw inks. You can use this cleaner on fountain pens, calligraphy nibs, brushes and glass nibs. When it comes to fountain pens, you just have to make sure that gold and steel nibs and ink conductors are not attacked. But coatings on feathers (gold, copper or black) can be dissolved if you also clean them mechanically. With such feathers, perhaps test the cleaner on an inconspicuous area!

The fountain pen cleaner is not suitable for removing dried inks .
