You want to add more items to your order? That's no problem as long as we haven't shipped your order yet. Write us a short message and we will gladly consider your wishes.

Alternatively, you can also place a second order and select "Pickup" as the shipping method. Then we will not charge you again for shipping. Please add a short note to this second order that we should combine the orders.

We ship all shipments with DHL. Generally, we pack all shipments no later than the next business day. If there is a higher order volume, it may take one day longer.

DHL generally takes 2 days to ship within Germany and 7 days for international shipments.

However, it can happen that unforeseen things happen on the shipping route. Then DHL invokes its "standard transit times". Only when these have expired, we can make inquiry requests. Especially for shipments abroad, this is only possible after 30 to 45 days.
