This is a very special notebook from Kakimori and Y. & Sons, a designer of men's kimonos. The cover is made of kimono fabric produced in Katakai, Ojiya City: cotton yarn is sewn and gathered before dyeing, creating the elegant striped pattern.
It is a relatively thin notebook with 128 pages and is thread-stitched.
The paper is fountain pen-friendly and has a light ivory color with a watermark. The ruling is printed very discreetly in light gray and has dots along the margins for easier page organization.
