The brass kakimori nib is decorated with an antique patina. It mimics the elegant natural aging of brass and evolves as you write.
The nib has precisely crafted slits for ink flow. Depending on the angle at which it is applied, it produces a medium to fine stroke or—when used very flat—a broad, brush-like stroke.
The nib has a ring holder that does not necessarily fit all European nib holders as it is somewhat narrower.
Like glass nibs, the nib is easy to clean by briefly rinsing.
