Drillog spring unit

What is a drillog, you might ask? And rightly so, because this very unusual writing instrument has something very high-tech about it that doesn't exactly evoke an elegant writing experience. But that's deceptive!

The Drillog consists of a nib unit, for which you select the appropriate barrel. The nib unit is a further development of the glass nib. However, here the small channels are very precisely machined, ensuring a consistent ink supply to the nib. The helically arranged channels also provide a larger ink reservoir than with a simply twisted glass nib.

The nib is precisely crafted, allowing you to specify the correct line width. And the key difference from a glass nib is the fact that the Drillog nib unit is made of stainless steel, so it won't break if you dip it into a glass of ink with a bit more force.

The spring unit can be easily rinsed under running water. Perhaps with a little extra help from a fine brush, it's ready for use again immediately.

There are 3 line widths to choose from: 0.5mm / 0.8 mm and 1.2 mm.
