The color scheme is inspired by magic potions, but perhaps you're also thinking of magical hot drinks? The feather is definitely special: it's adorned with the symbolic magic potion.

And something else is different: this fountain pen is a piston fountain pen. A rather rare filling mechanism for Sailor. The ink viewing window is located directly below the cap.
