Delivery time 2-4 days **
This Sailor ink set contains four inks from the first two Manyo Ink series: Yomogi, Kikyou, Yamabuki, and Ume. Each jar contains 20 ml.
These colors were inspired by the Manyoshu collection of poems, some of which date back to the 4th century. Many natural symbols play a role, including:
- Yomogi: a type of mugwort that has often been used as a medicinal plant and is also associated with protection.
- Kikyou: one of the seven autumn flowers in Manyoshu poetry. It is small and delicate, making it suitable for mindful admiration.
- Yamabuki: This flower, known as the "Japanese rose," is a symbol of good luck and prosperity. Legend has it that gold coins dropped into a valley transformed into flowers.
- Ume: the Japanese plum, which blooms in winter and is therefore a symbol of hope and vitality.
