Replacement nibs from Esterbrook for the Estie with a special character: here you'll find Flex nibs or the special "Needle Point" or "Journaler" nibs. They correspond to Jowo's No. 6 nib unit and are therefore also suitable for other fountain pens that use this nib unit.

  • Flex nibs: Here you can choose between EF and F nibs. This nib width corresponds to the line width when writing without pressure. By gently pressing the nib, the nib wings expand, allowing line widths up to M or B to be achieved. This nib requires some practice, but then produces a fascinating handwriting result.
  • Journaler: also known as the Gena nib because it is hand-ground by nib master Gena Salorino. It is a stub nib based on an M nib.
  • Mini Stub: a stub spring based on an F-spring.
  • Needle Point: A hand-sharpened nib with a line width of EEF. For very fine and small lettering. But also for drawing when the finest hatching is desired.
  • Scribe: an architectural nib based on a B nib that writes thinly on the downward stroke and thickly on the cross stroke.
  • Techo: an all-in-one nib, manufactured by Nibmeister CY from Tokyo Station Pens. The nib allows for different line widths depending on the angle at which the pen is held (thicker strokes at the lower angle and thinner strokes at the upper angle).
